Reporting to CEO and managing about 50 personnel, I was responsible for:
1- Developing and executing Creative Economic marketing plans & Public Relationship campaign.
2- Developing and implementing new marketing strategies and procedures.
3- Does Customer Relations & Creating Data Base
4- Setting marketing policies, but remain flexible when customer condition requires.
5- Actively communicate within cross functional departments and Sales to increase general awareness of current events within the Food service industry and to share product and promotional information
6- Asses Market needs and wants - be proactive and not reactive to the market.
7- Developing and train staff members to handle portfolios / projects.
8- Prepare Budget, expenditures, returns on invested capital, cost analysis in coordination with production / Sales / Finance in relation to sustainability and profitability of the business.

Umbrella branding for the whole group.

Creating a huge customers'data base (around 120.000 customers) from different sources: (Evaluation card, Ramadan gifts & Public Training Forms)

Flanking technique for Cinnabone (for diabetic).

Demand Management by Flanking technique via Launching "neighbors' meal" project (+35% sales growth).

Outstanding Diversification: new meals for new huge segments (patients).

Establishing HB’s Social Service Center: Working hardly in Public Relationship campaigns with initiative, economic & interactive way in Promotion: In health care (Tanita Device), self development (segmented Public Training) & kids care (Educational stories, "kiddy Cook" competition, School Visits) fields.
