This company is active in restaurants operation all over Saudi Arabia, with 94 branches of 6 international brands (Sizzler House, Cinnabone, Canton, Tako Hut, Roma Way and Coffee Aroma).

  • Reporting to CEO and managing about 50 personnel, I was responsible for:

1- Developing and executing Creative Economic marketing plans & Public Relationship campaign.

2- Developing and implementing new marketing strategies and procedures.
3- Does Customer Relations & Creating Data Base 

4- Setting marketing policies, but remain flexible when customer condition requires.                                                                                                         

5- Actively communicate within cross functional departments and Sales to increase  general awareness of current events within the Food service industry and to share product and promotional information
6- Asses Market needs and wants - be proactive and not reactive to the market.
7- Developing and train staff members to handle portfolios / projects.
8- Prepare Budget, expenditures, returns on invested capital, cost analysis in coordination with production / Sales / Finance in relation to sustainability and profitability of the business.   

  • My main achievement in this job include:

a- Qualitative:

  1. Umbrella branding for the whole group.

  2. Creating a huge customers'data base (around 120.000 customers) from  different sources: (Evaluation card, Ramadan gifts & Public Training Forms)

  3. Flanking technique for Cinnabone (for diabetic).

  4. Demand Management by Flanking technique via Launching "neighbors' meal"  project (+35% sales growth).

  5. Outstanding Diversification: new meals for new huge segments (patients).

  6. Establishing HB’s Social Service Center: Working hardly in Public Relationship campaigns with initiative, economic & interactive way in Promotion: In health care (Tanita Device), self development (segmented Public Training) & kids care (Educational stories, "kiddy Cook" competition, School Visits) fields.

  7. Work closly with ISO 26000’s team “ISO in social responsibility”

  8. A lot of alliances with most prestegious organizations in KSA: Banks: Alrajhy, Alriyadh, Samba & Telecommunications: STC, Mobily.

  9. Great negotiations based benefits from all participant (Goody, Haz medical, banks, Over Club, Swiss Arabian…etc…).

b- Quantitative:

       90% from restaurants were in decline phase in 2008, 78% achieving positive growth in 2010.

Reporting to Deputy GM, I was responsible for:

• providing a wide range of Courses:                                                                                         

 “Principles of Marketing” for Master & PhD’s applicant, TOT & Soft Skills.

Main achievement:

- Executed the Largest Pharmaceutical Training Project In Kingdom (TADAWI 

  Group):
  Trained More Than 1800 Trainees, Including All Career Levels (Pharmacists - 

  Sales & Med. Reps. - Supervisors- Warehouse & Top Management: Area, Sales, 

  BD & HR Managers).

- The youngest trainer in HRD’s 58 full timer training team.

- One of only 3 trainers in KSA accredited at “Advanced Electronic Company” in “Train of Trainer”.

  organizational objectives.
